High Speed & Pressure Injection Molding Machine
Recently there have been many thin walled multi-cavity applications, such as in battery packaging or in multiple card packages. For molding machine designers, this is a difficult task. The main problem is how rapidly the material can be injected initially at the skin layer. Our "HS series" solved that problem by greatly increasing the initial response characteristics until we achieved the maximum possible injection speed and best stop response from this speed.
