Electric Hybrid Direct Pressure Clamping System

Advantages of Direct Pressure Locking Type (Horizontal-type)

	The Clamping force is distributed evenly because of the direct pressure clamping from the clamping cylinder.
	The degree of straightness is very high because the guide for the end portion of the clamp mechanism and the fixed LM guide for the movable platen support the mold open/close operation with a long span.
	The movable platen does not go through a tie-bar, so it is not subjected to excessive clamping force or affected by any deformation of the tie-bar.

Advantages of Direct Pressure Type (Horizontal-type)

	The mechanism is considered to maintain the center of the mold.
	The tie-bar adopts the linear bush (rolling type) which pressurize to the hold area through the movable platen.
	The tie-bar maintains the center against platen displacement. To stand up under mold weight and platen’s own weight, the one size larger tie- bar than the usual one in the same class is adopted. The specification of preventing platen deflection without the platen support is adopted.
